Kingsbury and Kubiak didn’t want to work for a lame coach (Eburflus). They’ll be head coaches next year and we’ll get Johnson or Kubiak.

yea i hate them i swear and really dont like virginia she is the real reason the team is messed up she want nice guys perfect guys same thing with the coaches thats how matt got hired he nice and look at hardknocks they said the organization didnt want no cussing on there now who u think that came from that lady she has too much control over that team any hire has to come by her if she dont like you u not getting hired this is a problem right here everything has to come pass her so until she passes on the bears will suck we could never get a jon gruden or dan quinn or whoever dont look at talk like a nice soft guy look at lovie he fit that bill that she wanted and we got lucky that he was a winner but this is all a mess

Good to know he admits he’s a bad play caller. If he can’t make this offense look good he will never get another OC job again let alone a HC opportunity. Poles needs to step in with these coaching decisions if Flus keeps bringing in mediocrity. He might need to step in and find his own OC or fire Flus.

Yeah, "Get More of the Right Guys Out There" We heard about all of our stars and know who played well last season, but then didn’t see who we were expecting? From the start lots of Gerald Everett, DeAndre Carter, and D'Andre Swift. We have other guys that can play well.

everyone gives Shane Waldron the credit for unlocking Gino Smith career but when I heard Gino Smith talk about it he said it was it just clicked with him, After being through so many different systems and so many ups and downs in his own time the game eventually slow down

I mean it’s easy to fix the offense just do what ever worked and stay away from the plays that don’t like make swift a catching back and put Johnson as starting running back that would help our rookie quarterback a lot this season.

Walden so far is not the answer on the offense side. The past is the past and doesn’t mean nothing for the same results. I believe that the HC and the organization control on play calling instead of letting the OC do his job. Hopefully he can turn it around with a winning record after week 8. But if it’s a losing record than the season will hit the fan.

agreed. it’s not the play calls. it’s the fact that the average bears fan knows more about our team than waldron. he still has herbert as our short yardage back. he doesn’t pull braxton or tev even though they are great at. he didn’t use kmet. he uses swift like a power back and not a pass catcher. he had allen run deep routes. he uses dj like a traditional wr. it’s almost comical. he better have it figured out soon or this year is lost.

Poles has done many good things. Yeah he's missed on a couple as all GMs do, but overall I think he's built a solid roster. I would have obviously liked more attention to the Oline but I imagine this off-season and draft will be heavily focused on that
