I believe at one point you said your undergraduate degree was not in accounting. So did you have to go back to school to get 30+ hours of accounting courses, covering all respective areas for the state of Michigan.

Yes indeed. I started this journey after I started taking random business courses at community college. I found I really enjoyed accounting, so I clawed my way through almost all of the courses the school had. In all, I have an associate in accounting, a bachelor in psychology, and a masters in accounting.

Did you use Gleim in the manner Gleim recommends? Just curious about your study method. Good videos!

I did. It was brutal, but worked. I'll do a study method video soon. Just got a new webcam.

That would be great. Thanks. I have Gleim, but struggling to get through it all. It's tough!

Gleim's method is trial by fire. If you feel beat up, then you're probably doing it right. Each of my actual scores was 6 to 10 points higher than what I got in gleim's practice exams. Gleim is all killer no filler. I felt Wiley's test bank was more representative of the actual exam, but Gleim prepares you for the worst case scenario.

@@FrankProvo Thanks! I totally agree with what you say here. It seems very tough, which is probably a good thing. What did you think of the textbooks? Or did you focus more on lectures?
