Also waiting for the breakout candle to end AND letting it confirm will minimize most of the false alerts. I always check the 30 min candle for breakout and then go on 5 min to check whether a next candle has confirmed the breakout. Saves a lot of time and money. Great vid as always!

2 additional points regarding the 4th Nov example: 1. You don't get a breakdown after an extended move in that direction; the 4-5 red candles before the 'breakdown' candle aren't conducive to breakdown (as per your own lesson point earlier) 😊 2. If you draw the 200 period MA for the 5min chart, you'll find it took strong support at exactly those 2 candles. 🙏

If you see that it's coming back after a breakout, I would say to wait until you observe a strong bearish movement before selling because there are chances that the price gets consolidated on the BO line. 👍

Sir Ji, good explanation of false breakout trading, and I will add to it that watch also volumes generated at near resistance, if more volumes starts generating from previous candles then one can think to trade or leave it, as market gives many chances.

Getting into a reversal trade after fake breakout is also equally risky. Because reversal can also be fake and market may again go into consolidation.

Amazing strategy to shift the position if fake breakout comes. The things is when it comes u will be getting pissed off by just seeing the falling candles and sometime that movement is really faster like big big bearish candles n by the time u settle it will be too late. This is what usually happens. But should think the other side to change immediate position to make a good trade and leave behind which is already gone. Making profit is more important than being right . Well said. Thanks a lot to showcase this strategy. 👍👍

I have some questions related to stock market and taxation hope you will make a detailed video with example (where required) on this. Thank you Q1 - taxation on stock market equity, and f&o for trader/invester/ both. Q2- should we need to maintain any book of account for showing expanse, profit, losses , brokerage, office rent etc for ITR purpose when IT inspector ask to show me book of account and it's audit. Q3- should we make a company for trading or do it individually, which will be best keeping Q2 in mind for everyone. I am asking this because now a days many people are getting notice from INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT regarding above questions. People are trading with small profit and frequency of trade is more so there turnover also high but not so much profit . And my personal question is when you see block deal on nse or bse many times you see there are some company which trade stock with very high quantity (in cr) and very less profit margin (in paise) why they do it ? don't they have to pay high income tax on this type of trading .
