Tarzaned is 100% right with the dragon call. FYI at level 6 with 1 drake, Shyvana's armor is 62 and HP is 1047 when she has hp runes, which would mean that she can take 1696 physical damage before she's dead. With armor runes it would be 68 armor and 1003 hp, meaning that she can take 1685 physical damage. So at level 6 with just 1 drake hp rune is already better, even for 100% physical damage. Also, even without the 1 drake giving extra 5 armor and mr, the physical damage she can take at level 6 is 1643 with hp runes and 1634 with armor runes. As soon as Shyvana is able to tower dive (at level 6 or after) hp rune is still objectively better. (Edit: Shyvana was apparently level 5 with those values, so hp rune is already better at level 5)
