only proven methods so far take years of everyday training just like a muscle. They are called: jelqing, stretching, and using pressure pumps. Its said you may achieve a max of 3inches in 2 years in length, and maybe 1.5 in girth. Its very time consuming and can be done wrong (sessions could take 20 minutes). Its also not a 100% sure you will get that much in that amount of time. And of course you have to do it yourself lol. If you dont live alone it will be weird to get a pump, let alone trying to do anything at all with people around. The idea behind this is to stretch the muscles from the base to just below the head, and pray to god youre doing it right so you dont waste 20 minutes of each day for 2 years. Supposedly it does work, but its slooooow AF. There is no safe surgery. This is another thing of those unfair things between men and women. Women can just get safe surgery on their breasts. We can't change our d-size that easily, if even.
