can you please help, ive got the exact same speaker for about a week now and it was working perfectly and today i tried to turn it on but nothing turned on, i put it on charge again it shows the red light that its charging but after charging it still doesn’t turn on

Sounds like a battery issue. These speakers come with really low quality batteries.

sound quality is goddamn good when the bass is set to off but whenever you turn it on... let's say it's not a clear and smooth bass so i'd rather turn it off and boost the bass by my preferred software i'm definitely gonna buy this one since i liked the sound quality and its cheap price

I still use the bass option, only if I'm using it at 80% volume or lower.

I swear I have the same speaker that has 1 driver, 1800 mAh battery, 25 watts (which is an obvoius BS), same rgb lights and even the same button layout and ports with the rubber cover

Unfortunately, there’s no quick fix for this, unless you modify the board.
