This woman knows perfectly well why there are two charges. She has decided to represent herself . The court has no obligation to assist her in her defense because she has waived her right to an attorney and is held to the same standards as an attorney such as knowing proper court procedures, and rules of evidence. The judge is not required to help her in any way. She, “probably has more degrees than the prosecutor,” and as a result is far overestimating her abilities because one of those degrees doesn’t appear to include one in law.

This is a typical self assured sovcit that THINKS they know the law better than the people who have studied it and applied it every day. Here is the process: 1) sovcit presents their airtight case to the judge, demanding dismissal. 2) Judge disagrees with their argument, holds it over for trial. 3) Sovcit files numerous documents to prove their position 4)Judge reviews the documents, and finds 99% of them have no bearing on the case 5) Sovcit declares Judge incompetent/ corrupt/ treasonous, demands case sent to a federal court. 6) Judge denies motions. 7) Both side go back and forth over what is legal and is not. 8) Judge finally gets tired of Sovcits nonsense/ armchair lawyering, and finds them guilty of the charge. Assigns penalty. 9 ) Sovcit states intent to appeal, file federal lawsuit, and imprison all court employees. 10) lawsuits, if filed, gets dismissed with prejudice. 11) Sovcit cries to anyone weak minded enough to listen how the corrupt judicial system falsely imprisoned them and/or stole their money or belongings. 12) repeat cycle. Sovcits call this fighting for their rights. The rest of us call that stupid.

It is all for the record. Thatway she can't unfairly appeal. The court being, "helpful" goes against anything she might say like, "i didn't know."

What does he gain by being disrespectful to her? His power and authority are not in question in this situation. Beneficence costs him nothing. The result was the same, but the record of her disrespect and ignorance has been clearly made.

For someone who has so many degrees, u would figure she would be able to use the English language and vocabulary properly. She needs an attorney 🤦🏽♀️

The FBI has classified them as domestic terrorists. I’m not quite sure why they don’t seem to be spending any time or resources to curb their growth or activity, but if you were even on vacation in the area of Washington on Jan 6th, they found you, froze your bank account and came to your house with a swat team. 🤔🤷♀️

If she were a rational human being she would be worrying about her job being in jeopardy, assuming she is a teacher. Schools don't tend to take kindly to employees breaking the law... Edit: ahhh, former teacher. Thank goodness for that.

Childishness seems to be a common theme with sovcits. "I've got more degrees than you!" She really believes that she knows more than trained professionals and better than hundreds of years of precedent. Her arrogance knows no bounds.

A social studies teacher should know that common law is not called common because "everyone can understand it." It's called that the same way public spaces are called common areas. These spaces are available to everyone, and the common law is available to everyone. The common law itself is a compilation of judgments and precedents. In the United States, law made by legislatures is preferred, as it is made by the people's representatives rather than by judges.

You can tell Judge Gauthier has dealt with more than his fair share of sovcits when he asks "Do you comprehend?" because for reasons known only to the sovcits, the word "understand" gets their shorts in a wad

Her contempt could and should attract a jail sentence and until judges start exercising their powers to the fullest extent on these Sov Cits/Nationals etc, they will continue with their wish to frustrate the courts.
