Fake MAP part || Running with the Wolves

Full disclosure I have yet to see Wolfwalkers BUT rest assured it's on my watch list
anyway this song BANGS and I wanted to animate something with it!! plus, I just wanted a little practice for animation, rather than another PMV :)
ALSO I finally remembered to tell you guys I've got a discord now!! I actually made it..... a While Ago, but I kept forgetting that it existed. I wanted to announce it on a video instead of a community post, cause I wanted to avoid putting an invite where KZbin might recommend it to someone randomly ^^;;

Hey!! I finally put together a discord! (I actually put it together...a While ago. But!! Now I've remembered to tell people!!) Link in the description if you're interested! Utter chills. The way the camera cuts away at different angles from the trees to show Mudpaw's overwhelmed mental state and anxiety is such a perfect way of illustrating his emotions. And the scene where he runs past - I could FEEL that. This is a masterpiece, as all your creations appear to be! I just found your channel today, but it's very inspiring. Cheers!

This is great! You can really feel what Mudpaw's feeling and the pacing works well too. Also, question! I know you've been using iMovie for the pmvs but what software did you use for the animation here? Since I've just got iMovie and my art programs to my name and I've been using my break to work on my own animatics and such, knowing you can do all this makes me feel like I can get it done too!

I used the app Procreate to do all the animation! Procreate is SUCH a good art program, I love it, but animating in it is a little difficult ^^;; like, all the panning and zooming in the animation? yeah that's not an editing thing, that was me moving things pixel by pixel.... oof Also sometimes exporting the animation results in a slight change in the color?? But other than that, it's a really great tool to use!!

@@RileyG it's a british drama show for young teens/kids about wolfbloods (basically werewolves) living in the normal world and stuff, it was on cbbc so i used to watch it when I was younger (in fact, I rewatched it not long ago). It's really good, but I'm probably not doing it any justice. It's an old show so kinda hard to find, but some of the seasons are on BBC iplayer

Oh my goodness gracious, I can't stop replaying. The way that the trees move across the screen work so well with the song and just the tone in general. Mudpaw is animated fantastically! The angle you chose for the running was very unique compared to the average side view run cycle. I'm very impressed!
