there's actually a lot of room for improvement in this run: 1. Thanking the Mole took too much time. Grabbing the diamonds and running off would've saved you a few seconds 2. Building the nether portal correctly would've saved you a couple of seconds 3. Going for the Bow & Arrow instead of going straight to the End took way too long. If you went to the end instead of getting the Bow & Arrow, you would've saved so much time there.
