I was never a a viewer of RT. Not for me. But how in the world was RT banned when: "CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, OR OF THE PRESS; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." And that goes for TikTok as well. There's no provision: "unless there's some sort of real or perceived risk."

Newsweek originally stated “Tucker Carlson launches show on Russian state TV” which is not true if he didn’t know about/ authorize them re-airing his shows. Thats his claim anyway “Tucker. Rossiya 24,” treats viewers to days-old episodes of Carlson’s own show posted on X and KZbin, but with a Russian voiceover. An episode was aired Monday night, for example, featuring Carlson discussing conspiracy theories about Lyme disease being used as a bioweapon under the title “ticks-nuclear weapons for the poor.” The same episode, minus the Russian voiceover, was available to American social media users on May 10. MAGA world would fit right in with the propagandized Russian population. I’m sure it’ll be a hit there

They actually admitted they hacked his Signal account. Now they're being smart about it and getting an official warrant. So how could a judge authorize a warrant based on falsified evidence like this? Easy, just pick up a pen. LOL. They already did it with Trump.
