In North and South America, yes this would be highly illegal. But in Europe, it's really hard to believe that it's an actual police car. Because they never made, imported, or sold brand new Crown Vic interceptors in Europe. While it is Illegal in some areas of Europe, the chances of getting in trouble is very little to none, especially if you're just driving around like a normal person.

@@Joshtheweatherman doesn't matter if they never imported it into Europe, the officer in the video literally tells them that it's illegal to have lights/sirens on a civilian car They also haven't been "driving around like a normal person", they drove with sirens and lights on. If you look at the colours on Andorran police cars, they do look pretty similar from afar and even though the lights aren't the same colour, they have the same shape, which would endanger these guys and any other people if someone had it out for cops or if someone had a real emergency.
