I've got to say I agree. I've recently discovered your channel Dodge, what's immediately obvious is your passion for your craft, for so many it's all about the money and so easy to see; clickbait, perpetuating bullshit, not vetting guests who are frequently, frankly, inane and narcissistic. If you have a good head on your shoulders it's quite easy to see through fake guests and podcasters. Unfortunately there are a lot; I'm so glad you don't interview clowns like Danny Simpson who is not only a total liar, he's got nothing interesting to say and loves himself, totally pointless. I don't usually like to judge but characters like him just wind me up, the way they're believed and labelled "legends". I'm no goodie two shoes, I love a rascal, but genuine ones with something to actually say! A bit of intelligence and charisma. You have a very level headed approach, treat all the same and don't pretend to know it all: if you don't know you ask! You're direct and don't suffer fools, you're right for this mate and will go far in my humble opinion. Go on Dodge man! It's refreshing brother.

@@jasper3127 What Jasper said. Great story Dodge. Only issue i’d say was when you said ‘You are just chancers!’ Yeah okay I get that but you remember the work and £’s outlay that went in. Months of thinking and planning. Every step would need to be meticulously worked through. Any slip along the way and it could all fall apart!! Yes you need to be on the ball at all times and pray for good luck. Great turn. Moral of the story is charge yer phones!!🤣🤣

I was there at the Tyson vs Holyfield fight 1996, met frank Sinatra just before the fight. We got locked in the MGM afterwards due to a shooting in one of the casinos. We blagged the police to let us out of a side exit. It turned out that we were let out into the limo carpark for the celebs. One driver asked us what was going on so told him we would tell him all he wanted to know if we could get to sit in the limo. He took us on a free ride, round Vegas, free cigars, etc. he opened up the roof so we could stand up and see the strip in luxury. Brilliant night. Great memories, the day after we were driving south and as we got close to LA we were stopped on the freeway by a man with a machine gun, I would down the window, and he asked us if we had any cherries. My was response was, "what?", "I'm English mate I have no idea what you are on about." We were bricking it. I just drove off, thinking this blokes off his head. Afterwards we found out it was a border crossing and they were asking as fruit fly would wreck the economy of California. That night we could not find anywhere to stay as the summer X games were on. All hotels booked up so we found a ASDA type super market off the 5 lane freeway. Parked up and fell asleep in the Z71 truck. We were woken up by two policeman banging on the windows. I woke up, would the window down and was asked by one plod "Hey guys, what the hell are you doing?" my response was, "I was sleeping my pedigree chum". HE told us to turn round and look behind us. There were 20-25 cars, pickups and the like with gangs all playing tunes out of their vehicles. Apparently we were in the roughest part of LA. So they.asked us what we would be doing the next day. We said we were going to have a look at the beaches along orange county. They called it in to there boss, then they told us to follow them and were told that if any traffic lights went red and they had gone trough to go through them. We realised that we were in the dog hole of LA. They got dispensation from their chief to drive out of their dispensation to get us somewhere safe to park up for the night by there coast. They then got the local police to do a drive by each hour to make sure we were safe. IT all tuned out ok but made us realise we were bloody very lucky to say the least. The beaches were pants by the way so we decided to drive up to Arizona to visit a friend, we were hungry so we stopped off at a services and asked for directions to Arizona, to the response of "I have never left the state." We got back on the freeway and Arizona border was a few miles away. That night we saw the famous 5 red lights in the sky (famous UFO sightings). They were stationary then moved so quickly further down the freeway by the side of us. We had no idea what we had seen but knew something was not right. Next morning after staying at a friend's we saw the lights story on the news. Unbelievable few days of a 4 weeks point and shoot trip around the west of the US. I have so many stories of that trip I should write a book. This was just the start of the trip. 😉

Even though he’s done his time he’s that cagey about what he took for his cut and about where he stashed it, the panic on his face when you asked him those questions I really wouldn’t be surprised if some of it is still missing and he still has something stashed away somewhere. Either that or he’s trying to protect someone else. “Who are you he police?” 😂 I’m surprised he agreed to do the interview to be fair
