@@kekekong9 the promise of 24/7 communication with your therapist is a lie, you may have to do your online sessions with 20 people before finding one that works for you (like irl but it's more annoying bc it's lots of texting and video calls just introducing yourself), and i never ended a session feeling fulfilled or like i got everything off my chest tbh. i liked my final therapist but ultimately decided i cant do only video calls with different therapists who talk more about themselves than me hahaha! i see ads for them all the time now and still get reminders to write in my journal every day

I’m sorry but anytime I’m watching singing shows and see people cry, I skip. It’s not because I don’t feel bad,but sometimes I think it can be a manipulative way to gain peoples sympathy so that they wouldn’t vote you out. Like their voice could be the most average voice but then they cry and the judges don’t want to vote them out because then they look like the bad guy.
