I too received this call today and they scared me saying illegal activities , FIR registered against me in Mumbai police station. Asked me to join the skype call to provide statement recordings. I googled about this type of scam and joined the call to see the full drama. one person introduced himself as SI of mumbai police station and was wearing uniform. he even shared his id card. when i asked few more details he understood that I am aware of his drama and disconnected the call

Today I received this call saying someone took a number on my Aadhaar card and a case was filed on me. And they said they are connecting it to cyber department. And one fake police asked my Aadhaar number and bank last four digits and said I am involved in money laundering. They told I should not disconnect the call and in video they pretended to be police with uniform and cabin setup. Later I told I am disconnecting because I don’t believe this call is official and if there is any query send police official, I’ll handle. They even threatened they will send one and I said ok and left the call. They called me again but I did not lift the call. Please be aware
