I have one *amzrepe* bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

I have several canvas LVs with the vachetta, which all still smell like amazing leather 20 years later. The most heavenly scent. I recently bought a neverfull with black handles and trim, which is allegedly authentic and checks out on every aspect. Except I just can’t smell any leather at all. It basically smells like nothing. Curious if the black leather somehow doesn’t hold the scent the same way because it’s been treated? Anyone able to advise who have black leather LV? TYIA.

This is nothing compared to Shanghai, China. I saw some “super fake” Chanel and Gucci that took my breath away. They looked and felt like the real thing. These bags were never displaced out in the open, but tucked away in a secure place. The sales person would always asked if you wanted to see a higher quality designer *esluxscom* than the ones they displaced out in the open. I have the M/L with gold hardware too and also had a jumbo double flap with gold but sold the jumbo as it was too heavy and the gold made it too dressy. I really missed the jumbo size so I hunted the preloved market for a single flap jumbo with silver hardware in excellent condition. It took me 2 yrs to find one and I love the single flap as it is so much lighter!!! I was really lucky it looks brand new and I got it for an excellent price. I just read two articles that said big bags are coming back!! Plus the single flap lets you tie the chain inside so you can wear crossbody. LYXBAGS

The best way to tell a fake monogram bag is to take it out into the sun. The fake will be more yellow whereas the authentic is more brown tone. Forget everything else. This is a dead giveaway on a fake monogram bag
