How to spot fake Paco Rabanne Olympéa perfume
The smell is very similar, you can practically not tell which is fake or real, but with the passage of time after 20 minutes the fake scent no longer persists.
The original Paco Rabanne Olympéa perfume costs 100 euros, the price of the fake is between 20-50 euros.
The perfume box is identical, you practically can't tell which is fake or real, however the original box has a pink tint if you look more closely, compared to the fake one which is more orange ... see in the video.
The bottom of the original box shows a warning with the triangle of fire, it predicts a higher inner flame than the fake one ... see in the video. The serial number is engraved on both boxes, but it must be identical to the number engraved on the bottom of the bottle, if this safety element is not present, then you will definitely face a fake perfume.

Thank You. I can't believe they sell fakes on CVS pharmacy fragrance section. I almost bought a fake Olympea today had it not been for this video. The exact same fake as seen in this video was selling at the CVS! That is not fair and so wrong. Some of us can't afford to shop for expensive REAL perfume at places like Sephora's or the Chanel store or even at a Duty Free shop at the airport and we go to CVS or Wal Mart which unfortunately appear to sell some fake perfume. Not always though. If I'm gonna buy a cheap drugstore perfume it might as well be real. The fake ones appear far more attractive to the eye and seem to say buy me buy me !! I'm glad I didn't.

Just as a public service announcement, mine had the "fake" ones insides, bought it at Nordstroms and it is real. So, don't panic. These look like the new and old packaging, TBH. One made in Spain when it was still in Spain (manufactured in Spain but address in France) and one when made in France and address in France. Now, smell? That's the big one, just go smell a new bottle if yours is new or an older tester bottle if yours is old. No fake ever smells "right". Good luck! Oh, and CVS doesn't sell fakes, take it back and you'll get it verified.

No chicas no, ambos perfumea en este video son originales. Lo que pasa es que el de la izquierda es la presentación antigua y el de la derecha es el más reciente. Pero les aseguro que ambos son originales.
