I purchased a Bitter Peach travel size (10 mL) from Tom Ford Beauty's official website. I received it today, and as soon as I opened it, I knew something was wrong. The packaging looks different, and it doesn’t smell anything like peach. When I called customer service, they simply told me the product is defective. I’m at a loss for words! It’s really frustrating to think we could receive a fake product directly from Tom Ford itself.

I live in Japan, I'm Brazilian and I always buy from online grocery stores, especially however it's very difficult to find real Tom Ford perfumes, I bought a LostCherry when I got home to disappointment, I'm lucky I can get my money back but it's very sad because looking at it it looks really original
