@Nemesis well i'm not going to blame him for his mistakes as it is completely normal for a rookie to get nervous especially in worlds, but the only person i would be blaming is faker his pushing things too far and it causes his or his teamates life, his been in this league for a long time and his a veteran but I cant believe that he can't still be able to overcome this kind of situations. He was totally out of the game with his risky decisions. He should have thought about having a completely no experience teamates before making those decisions. That "Faker what was that" was really painful. The caster did it deliberately, and has ruined the memory of one of Faker's most amazing plays ever. I’m regular fan of LoL, I’ve watched every LCK and SKT game in last few year and I can say impartially, that this season SKT in new shape won both LCK titles ‘cause of Faker’s performance and they made it to the Worlds and Worlds Semifinals mainly ‘cause of Faker aswell. This is not a hate against any other SKT member, I fucking love these guys (even inting Mata), this is just a fact... I agree, Faker didn’t have a good BO5 against G2, no doubt, but at the end of the day he didn’t play worse than any other player in his team, maybe Clid was a beast like usually + few nice Khan’s moments, but not enough... G2 just did no misstakes, unlike SKT and G2 were able to punish every time and turn the game... Big respect to G2, if you are going to rewrite the history and you’ll become first non-asian team since season 1 that win Worlds, it’ll be well deserved. But back to Faker, all I want to say, it is kinda sad to see everyone’s talking when the legend has a hard time, but when the legend is carrying in 95% of games, nobody’s talking. Mark Angelo Balquero what’s amazing is that teddy Clid and effort played well. Effort did feed a bit but his team fighting was good. He had a few great plays as well but just got caught too much, which overshadows his otherwise decent play. Khan was great, but even he made mistakes. Same with faker of course.

Everything that needed to go wrong went wrong for SKT. Faker got caught pushing top when they had baron, then one in the mid choke, then he tried to kill gragas that last fight, died then Yasuo was able jumped on Varus because of the jumping plant. Hopefully, he'll redeem himself next year.

I imagine he tilted, if I'm not mistaken that last round SKT were dominating early and just got ground out by G2. I've always said Faker, in his lane is a god, 1 on 1 is a god but in teamfights I don't think I've ever seen him do much spectacular. Every midlaner coming up now does what he does but more modernised thus better. I think he should take time away from tournaments and just focus on getting back to the top independently. He barely wins lane anymore.
