btw at 16:59 it isn't faker who auto's the blastcone, but gumayushi. The order of events is Ksante ults faker, faker fails his w to fast jump behind the wall, so he flashes, gumayushi uses his empowered auto to zap the blastcone. I think i got the frame where you can see the zeri auto.

It could be because he's still trying to adjust to new posture, etc. while recovering and can't play at his best still or he simply thought he had more time to q (or get further with q) after he did flash e, either ways he failed the combo, Faker is still human afterall
