Great video. It's just so funny to see how Gents Scents say the exact opposite, as of Fakhar is more sweet and lean for a younger crowd. Also, in my country, Final Edition is 28% more expensive than Fakhar.

Oh wow, I have to admit that I never watch fragrance reviews 😬 ok so I’m U.K. Fakhar is more expensive than final edition (only by about £5) but to me final edition and Fakhar both start out very similar…Fakhar however to my nose becomes a little serious and slightly dull as it dries…final edition keeps its energetic brightness throughout….JL

I have both YSL-Y & the Fakhar frag... Love them both! In fact, my son likes the Fakhar ALOT! I think the Fakhar 2 my nose is about 90% close... It doesn't have the longevity as YSL-Y but it's close & 4 the price, I am sold! I've never smelled Final Edition so no feedback on it.

hello, have you noticed that the fakhar after about an hour transitions to smell similar to najdia /invictus aqua type? yes final edition is a bit more linear and is closer to ysl y edp

Actually they are different enough to have both…,and for the price you can!!! Final edition is a very energetic and personally I get more compliments from it than Fakhar…although Fakhar does last longer final edition projects loud for the first 1.5 hours… I hope my answer helps your choice…best wishes from JL

Hey there, I am planning to blind buy both of the fragrances in a couple of days since they only cost 20 euros each. Should I give it a try? I recently blind bought some fragrances such as afnan turathi blue, missoni wave, afnan 9am dive and not to mention that I didn't regret any second that I did that. Great to hear from you…your collection sounds like it is coming along nicely…some great choices there…now to be honest both of the ones on this review are stunning…both take much inspiration from YSL Y EDP…final edition is a bottle of raw energy..and it is like letting the dogs out…great projection and a fresh punchy take on YSL Y EDP…then Fakhar is a much deeper, very well behaved and executive take on YSL Y EDP….both punch above their price tag…Fakhar lasts longer…but is more subdued and final edition is so lively but doesn’t last as long…final edition is suitable for warmer days…Fakhar is suitable for cooler days…I would recommend both if you can get a good price because although they are both based on the same DNA they are different enough to justify both in your collection. Ok so Fakhar does go on way after final edition has burned itself out …however whilst Fakhar is longer final edition is a lager projection…so for about 2.5 hours final edition pumps it’s energy all round!!! Fakhar sits a lot closer….Hope this answers your question….regards from JL

In my experience after maceration of both, Final edition is the better performer (2 hrs beast mode, another 10 of about 1ft projection), and closer smell. Final Edition is Y with more citrus and some lemongrass added. Fakhar is not close IMO. It has a super lipstick iris note that makes it smell feminine. It performs decent enough (8hrs overall on me).

Just so you know, yeah! By maison Alhambra is the best clone imho. Fakhar is second best, sheikh shayukh final edition is last. For me anyways. Sheikh has this weird floral sweetness underneath that I can only describe as “doughy”. Like you just shoved your face into a lump of fresh bakers dough.
