1/4 cup sesame seeds paste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil (odourless)
Salt to taste
Hummus
1/2 cup boiled chick peas
1 tsp tahini paste
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp curd
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp olive oil
2 ice cubes
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder (white)
Salt to taste
Red Garlic Hot Sauce
6-7 red dried chilli (soaked)
1 Roasted tomato
1 cloves garlic
1/2 Roasted jeera
Salt to taste
Yogurt Tahini Sauce
1 cup thick yogurt
1/4 cup tahini paste
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp parsley
Salt to taste
Mixed Salad
Olive, Tomato, Cucumber, Spring onion, Lettuce, Red Cabbage, Chilli flakes, Cumin powder, Red Chilli powder, Oregano, Salt, Olive oil
Pita Bread
1/2 cup wheat atta
1 1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
