@@mcembuff Nope, only a few rigs have the PA300. All the new ones that just came in have Epsilons

The Touchmaster Delta was discontinued in 2017 unfortunately so the standard and Alternate B Epsilon are whats being used

@Squad37 I understand. I know when I was still on the job (retired in '10 as Firefighter/ EMS Medical First Responder with over 30yrs service in Annapolis, Maryland & Kanawha County, West Virginia), anytime a 2nd Engine was required it was either a very serious injury or Cardiac Arrest. Enjoy seeing how the LEFT Coast brother/sisters do it.

It appears from PulsePoint that there were two separate medical aids (non-cardiac arrest) in the same area. Regarding San Diego, CPR in progress only requires one Engine, Truck, or USAR company, depending on which is closest. If the situation becomes critical for support, a medic supervisor or battalion chief can be dispatched.
