I never understood all the Alisa hate. Then again, I'm a sucker for girls with blonde hair so she was my go to choice for Rean based on personal preference. Same reason in Kuro why I don't discriminate between the bracer one and the one who attends school with a certain purple-haired pain in the butt. I don't discriminate between golden-blonde and platinum-blonde 😉 Though the bracer one gets extra points because I'm a hopeless romantic.

TBH it's a good thing people are finally waking up, I myself am considering quitting the series for good (unless Falcom gets a wake up call and significantly changes things) after I finish Kuro II. But thanks for watching^^ Maybe we will rebrand this podcast once again and just talk about many topics, we'll see! Cheers

@@MaxTheEcchitakuSorry but the series is far from an awful series. Trails has problems but to call it a bad series is insane. A ton of other JRPG’s have way worst writing than trails ever had.

​@@Wallie33. We went into great detail about the big problems this series is facing. This comes from a place of love from two guys passionate about a series. I've been a long time fan, more than a decade in fact since I became a trails fan. Yes there might be worse, but there is a lot better as well. It's okay to disagree, but calling others insane for voicing their concerns and criticism is simply daft. You also make it sound like we only said it's "awful" when we never said that, there is some good still remaining, but it's a shame to see where the series is going, when it could be so much more if it only commited to character writting and lore like they used to. We'll have to see what Falcom chooses to do in the future. We're not insane for having opinions, we just have standards.

@@MaxTheEcchitaku Literally everything you guys are saying is hate tho. Like literally every point is a negative aspect or something you hate in the series. You even gave a heart to the guy saying the series is awful now, if that’s not agreeing with that statement than I don’t know what it is. That doesn’t sound like a fan at all. It would be fine if this was seen in only one video but you guys now only make multiple videos back to back hating on the series and it just gets a bit annoying I got to say, like we get it you hate the series now. But sigh whatever man. I would apologize for saying insane in my statement tho, that was bad on my part I admit.

@@Wallie33. Well what can I say... We wouldn't be so disappointed if we weren't fans, it's exactly because we are fans that we feel this strongly about it. A hater wouldn't participate in doujin album releases of trails and falcom music in general or spend almost 10k on imported trails merch alone over the years. This is what happens when you dedicate more than a decade of your life to loving something and it slaps you in the face in return, doesn't feel nice, and here we are. Many people like to gloss over these things or be shills, but nobody dares speaking their minds when something goes wrong, and that is why this exists. One day maybe you'll understand where I'm coming from. And it's fine if you don't like it, you can simply leave the page, I understand. But trust me when I say, nothing would make me happier than see falcom simply get back to a more genuine commitment, and if it ever happens, I'll be amongst the first to praise them for it.
