I actually really like the context the original track is playing in- by this point everyone of the main characters has some kind of personal struggle that has become more and more apparent, amplified by the story about what happened to godesses finally picking up some pace. Feels really fitting to set the mood.

Dude this sounds so much like it could also come from Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. I first heard this in the game "Mushroom Kingdom Fusion" and thought it's from Bloodstained. Never heard of Ys Origin!
