I just noticed after about my 800th listen, there's a faint electronic background noise, yeah that's the best I could explain, that sounds similar to the one in "Within The Giant" from Final Fantasy 4, another great theme and dungeon that's near the end of the game. Could be a common thing in music, but I'd like to think there was some inspiration there. And if they ever remade that game I hope they would make the decision to let the theme play through battles.
