It's really hard to deal Falcon in one-on-one situation, especially in Top Lane. I prefer fight him with basic attacker heroes, like Marksman. Hmmm... also, I've tried fight him with Hela Top Laner. You can try.

Use collo semi tank build, it's easy to outscale falcon, just bait him to use his 3rd skill and try to prevent him get his passive on you

Steve rogers can handle him on top lane... The trick is buy support item level 1 or 2. Dont focus on minions, falcon will focus on minions either with his auto attack or skill 1... Focus ur shield throw on him, if u cant get a clear shot, bounce between minions n walls...keep harassing him until his half hp n get ready to ult, make sure he had use his skill 3... And DO NOT engage when he activate his skill 1. He's got good lifesteal

@@dwiatmasecarvianto1971 there is a simple trick on preventing him for activating his life steal. Whenever Falcon is hitting you, place your hero beside a wall and he can't get through the last mark. The mark that is facing the wall, that way he can't activate his life steal.
