Falconry Experience in Scotland (owls and hawks)

Back in 2015, my friend and I were in Edinburgh, Scotland and had a chance to experience falconry on the grounds of an old castle (Dalhousie) just outside of the city.
You can easily take a bus to within about a 1/2 mile walk to the grounds from downtown Edinburgh, which is what we did.
For one hour we were taught how to catch a hawk and an owl and it was a tremendous experience with our host, Tom.
