Pitts is not getting trade. You don't trade Pitts right after drafting Pennix and then PItts makes that play against Washington. Zac Rob was a ROOKIE Oc. You let him, Pennix, and PItts figure it out for 1 more year. He has too much talent. You don't let Pitts walk just because the OC has a system. THe Oc has to involve PItts and figure it out. If an OC can't use PItts then thats on the OC. Because if PItts goes to a team like the Bengals and balls out then ATL is going to look stupid period.

It’s not that Kyle pitts isn’t talented it’s the effort Kyle pitts gives the blocks he don’t make the the routes he don’t run the plays he don’t finish the passion he don’t play wit that’s why Jonnu Smith looked and was a better tight end while he was here he played with effort, that want to he loved the game he had the same QB pitts did

Yeah don’t trade pitts unless it’s a top 40 pick . If you trade him for a day 3 pick- you then have to get a starting tight end with other resources . It’s idiotic the more I think about it the angrier this video makes me haha

I get what you're saying, but I don't see any team giving up a round 1 or 2 pick for a guy who was picked 4th with the expectations of being the next great TE, and then gives us the stats that we are seeing. Falcons fault or not. Realistically a mid/late 3rd is our best result for him.

Lol, you do not speak for Falcons fans. Kyle Pitts has to be the worst 6'6 TE I've ever seen. He never comes down with contested catches and runs lazy routes. He has just 10 TD's in four years, when he was supposed to be a generational TE.

You need to get out more. There are plenty of Falcons fans who don't want Pitts anymore. He doesn't create separation and he lacks quickness. More importantly, he shows very poor motivation and isn't an asset as a blocker.

I was in the tunnel at the Chargers game when the team came out. Everyone had their helmets on and walked with some pace like they were ready to go.... except Pitts. He was getting passed by most and generally looked like he DGAF about being there. He was lazy, couldn't run routes, and couldn't block Florida, and that's exactly what he's done here.

Never been super impressed with Pitts but he's looked good on long plays when we go to him. With the exception of Bates, Ellis, or linebacker corps, Ebiketie and a couple of others, I say trade who we can and go real heavy on defense this off season. Shore up the offensive line and go defense.

It boils down to what does KP want. Does he wanna take football seriously or just use his natural talent… I feel like we can get way more out of him. True pros don’t trust him it seems like. @Slimkidd730 besides penix which wasn't planned not only did they not draft an impact player, none were on the field. Terry traded up a few spots to get Ruke who nobody was lobbying to get and he played a couple downs in a couple games. How do u see them drafting well. Oh and Pitts bad pick. Look at all the players we didn't draft the last 3 drafts compared to who we got besides Bijan
@Slimkidd730
@Slimkidd730 17 сағат бұрын
@ I asked you to give me a grade and you start off trying to take away the Pennix pick, which is a pick that goes to the FO, SMH. What do you mean not planned? How many picks are planned in the NFL DRAFT?? Ruke had a 2nd round grade on him. He could've gone anywhere from late first to early 3rd. Ruke is talented as hell, he's just r super raw. And plus he got hurt. Pitts. Algier, London, Bijan, Troy Andersen, Ebekite, Matthew Burgeron, Zach Harrison, Pennix, etc. I think we're drafting fine personally. I give us a B- in drafting department and thats more than enough to make a playoff caliber team. Cousins BLEW the season with his play.

No. Fearing in your scenario that Pitts will be a year 6-10 player or maybe even like 7-9. However, he is a real physical specimen and a great person and teammate. He could play 12+ years. Those guys are valuable. I wouldn't trade him, just because $10M is only a year. If all goes well, Falcons could be on his good side and sign him to a both sides nice contract next year. Pitts is not a bad player, he’s just spoiled and temperamental. He’s not getting the targets that he wants. Every skill player thinks he should be the focus of the offense, Pitts is no different. While he is still on his rookie contract, they should see if he can gel with Penix. If he can find, if he can’t then you can see what value he has on the market. Remember that he had a thousand yards receiving with Matt Ryan as a rookie. Maybe, just maybe we should see if he can get on the same page with Penix. Right now we’re finally on the right track with the offense. The defense needs to be the focus. We need At least one (preferably two) pass rushers. We need to stop trying to fix something that we’re not sure is broken.

But Kyle isn’t ass he just tired of running dead routes and just need to see the ball more. A rookie don’t just go pro bowl to flat out falling of a cliff, our system don’t need a TE so have a fast TE like Kyle in our back pocket is a deal

I will be a kyle pitts believer until after this year. He finally has a stable qb, kirk was not a stable qb. If he sucks this year, let him go, call him a bust and move on. Give penix as many weapons to help him develop.
