@YellowY932 It really depends on your device and area if you live in the country wifi isn't the best and if you have an old phone any game is going to have a problem but also randomly it puts you into other area servers which isn't under your control

8:24 The way I've started describing how Falinks plays is that it's the Saturday morning cartoon Pokemon. It's a Pokémon, that looks like a Mario enemy (Wiggler namely, but there are others as well), whose animations look straight out of a Looney Toons episode. I've loved Falinks since Sword&Shield and watching it in the video has only made me love it more

I think it’s also important to mention that when you enter no retreat formation the cooldown of your other move resets so the combo to engage fights will look something like megahorn/iron head (mega horn also gives you a shield that could combo well with the reduced damage you take from the front and the passive with crits) into no retreat into chargable megahorn. Can’t wait to main these little guys I am so glad they added them

Love the design of this pokemon. Random little thing I just noticed watching this video---it looks like the scoring animation for Falinks is different (presumably) when the user chooses Beat Up at its second move. I'm guessing it's a bug that's there since the scoring animation needs to be different for when Falinks scores when not all of its troopers are with it.

That was one of my favorite pokemon in Sword/Shield. I named mine "ya wee shets" so that my trainer would shout "Go get 'em, ya wee shets!" whenever a battle started.

I named my Falinks “The Huns” as in the Hun Army from the movie Mulan. And ever since I caught one, I did almost the rest of the gyms and the finale battle with Falinks. They will forever be my favorite fighting type. (By the way, “Ya wee shets” is an amazing name lol)

I love that you play, in this game: Zangief (Buzzwole), a race car (Dodrio), a Raid Boss (Ttar), the ultimate fighter (Machamp), an attack helicopter gunship (Dragapult), Magician Cat, a Spy (Inteleon), a literal Army (Falinks), a sentry Turret (Duraladon), a gremlin imp (Sableye), and countless other faithfully created archetypes in a game like this with just the mons we have in game. Like it's insane the creativity of how the devs have brought out every single Pokémon's unique traits, tendencies, and quirks through just 2 moves, an ult, a passive and an auto. Baby's First Moba and yet every character in this game is so cleverly expressive in their moves, animations. Falinks is by far my favorite release from them. And with them they'll be the foundation for an Army archetype character other games can use for their character concept. I cannot wait.

Have anyone noticed the different scoring animations? If you go iron head, beat up. The scoring animation is the brass scoring alone with the little guys jumping around. But if you go mega horn, no retreat. The scoring animation is a team ladder to put the points in. Really cool detail!❤

The massive attack boost from no retreat paired with the scaling on its version of megahorn is insane. Looking at the numbers for myself there's no way these are all final, some of them are way too high

There are 3 different abilities for megahorn and iron head because both of the other abilities changes how those abilities get used. Example: No Retreat A > Megahorn A No Retreat B > Megahorn B Beat Up A > Megahorn A Beat Up B > Megahorn C

The big question is, does the front only get the skins or do all of them get a skin. I can see a lion dragon costume that would go great in its parade form, but perhaps not so well with the other stances.

This mon just screams X-speed as the battle item to me. I'm sure Megahorn with X-attack sounds juicy, but chasing somebody when you're in formation may be the play? I think it depends on the cooldown of No Retreat I guess. Either way, this mon looks super fun.

These kinds of games are so weird with how they will either make a new character as better version of a character that already exists, instead of just giving the old character the better design, or give a new character a better version of something that already exists on another character, instead of just improving the thing that already exists. In this case, Falinks's unite operates how Meowscarada's should have worked. They should have just made hers controllable and given Falinks a unique unite. It's also has a better version of Blaiziken's main mechanic (and is therefore a better version of Urshifu's main mechanic), where the stance switching and move refreshing is a move and not a unite, and is temporary vs permanent.

I honeslty love how No Retreat works. And the animations are just so freaking cool because it makes it look the classic sheild/spear formations they used in the Greek/Roman military. Can you imagine trying to go score then you see these swol tanky midgets just screaming,stabbing and shoving things away from the goal zones? Lol its no wonder why I appropriatley named mine "Leonidas" in SwSh. Also I like how Battle Armor is going to heavily counter Crit focused builds,so I cant imagine how busted Falinks could have been if they decided to give it "Defiant" instead ☠️☠️☠️
