@@hikaru9624 I played 3U on the 3DS and it really is a complete game, just as good as the Wii U version in my opinion. The graphics for 3U on 3DS are actually better than 4U XD Just be aware that with 3U 3DS you only have Local WiFi multiplayer.

@@Dave_Chrome didn't the 3ds version have online multiplayer? I had heard that the wiiu version had shut down a few years ago. (Not that it matters really, I have mh4u/gen/genu for that fix).

Ah, the Ceadeus... the monster that single-handedly brought me into the Monster Hunter franchise. I don't think I'll ever see a huge Elder Dragon i like as much as the Ceadeus, nor will there ever be an Elder Dragon like the Ceadeus.

Fun fact, Ceadeus adults prey upon and eat Narkarkos, while their pups are sometimes taken by the same monster. So Ceadeus's main prey is another Elder Dragon class monster

It makes me sad to think that this monster among many others may only appear in 1 core game simply because of the underwater mechanics required to take them on. I hope they bring back underwater fighting one day and give monsters like Epioth, Gobbul, and Ceadeus a fresh reappearance. The only reason Lagiacrus and Royal Ludroth made it to other games is because most of their move sets can be used in land as well as water, and Lagi even got some new moves to make up for the lack of water fights.. MHW needs an ocean area with water fighting. The fact that they can add a new mechanic like the Clutch-claw tells us they probably can add underwater fighting. We already have swimming mechanic for in-between water transitions in some areas, so it wouldn't be terribly out of the way to make areas that are entirely water with the ability to manually swim in them, and maybe even fight. It would be a perfect way to reintroduce some of MH's most deadly water beasts.

@@dinorex3464 the neck? >-> The neck is hard to animate? And they can animate that wiggly-ass tongue for Pukei? Or those moves Kadachi can do? Alot of the movement they animated in MHW looks so much more flexible and energetic than any of the leviathans' moves, like Lagiacrus. Mind, that Lagiacrus is actually i think the most flexible of the MH3 leviathans, and Mizutsune being the most flexible looking of all of them... (and Mizu wasn't even in a swimming game).

What is so thrilling about Ceadeus is that it *doesn't care about you* for the entire first part of the fight. Only kinda shrugging and wiggling. Then on phase 2, it may be fighting you, but once that horn is broken, it's pain has stopped and it leaves peacefully.

What happens if Velkhana fights Alatreon Like I mean it goes like this: Velkhana is actually not the only elder dragon rounding up dragons what if they are more preparing to face the Ragnarok for both Monster and human alike like literally I doubt it being Alatreon but sure Fatalis is actually a perfect endgame final trailer I’d be surprised even if I saw it coming just think of Velkhana’s name she sounds like a Valkyrie don’t you think?
