I grow peppers. Super hots. Carolina Reapers and Dragon's Breath kind of hot. I get aphids. Aphids attract ants. The swarm is real at times. A flamethrower was in fact used to purge the little bastards. Had to sacrifice a few plants for the purge to work. No aphids so far this grow.
