Beautiful fall decorating. That wood cabinet you got is the base to an antique washstand and they can be very valuable. I don’t know how you feel about antiques, but I would maybe do a little research to see what you have before painting it. Ultimately, the decision is yours I’m sure will be very beautiful., whatever you choose to do with it.

I love the idea of the wall baskets above your beautiful new cabinet. You could switch out the florals/ stems for the different seasons. I have a black and wood colored wall basket from Kirklands in my family room, and its so much fun changing out the greenery.

Personally, I would stain the coffee bar piece. I'm not a fan of the orangey wood and I think a deeper color would be stunning. Thank you for your content! Your kitchen looks amazing and I always get great ideas and inspiration from your videos!!

Loving the beautiful fall colors 🍂🍁I’ve been looking for fall decor videos using traditional fall colors 🧡💛❤️and this is perfect. I also used traditional colors this year with coppers and golds. The modern look with all neutral just doesn’t scream fall to me, so I’m glad others are still using oranges in their decor.

Everything looks really pretty! I like all the white and warm woods. Your coffee bar is an antique wash stand. Is it tall enough to work comfortably for a coffee bar? Antique wash stands were used before indoor plumbing. It would have had a pitcher and bowl on top for washing yourself and a chamber pot in the cupboard.

I like the washstand. I love the pumpkin soup tureen! The dried oranges and cinnamon sticks really pop in the glass pumpkin! The wreath on your stove hood looks perfect! Your decor on the island adds a nice fall touch! The white pumpkin print is beautiful. I recently had surgery and haven’t started fall decorating yet but getting lots of inspiration from the You Tube channel.

I just came across your channel, and I am loving your decor style! If your marketplace find was mine, I would probably leave it as it is, but if I did anything, I would see if I could match the stain to your other cabinet by your kitchen table. Also, if that marketplace find was mine in that particular place, I think I would hang a nice mirror over it as opposed to any shells.

You are such a natural at decorating and your voice and soft music just go together and so soft and soothing to the ear.I think you should keep the cabinet as is, with it’s not so much antique but grandeur look of it. The white pumpkin picture caught my eye right away. I wondered where you got it from. That is so cute. I know I will be getting one like that. I’m also going to buy myself a candle warmer. I may get them for some family members for Christmas. I love the piece you bought for your coffee station. It’s nice. I would leave it the same. It would be a shame to mess up a nice piece like that.

Did you take the towel rack off of cabinet. That is a dry sink I suppose would call it. I have the same piece except there is a towel rack at back of piece. I have my MIL parents old pitcher, bowl and pieces that go with it on this piece. I bought it years ago in antique shop for my MIL to display the set. When she passed away I got the dry sink and her set to now display in our home. I was just curious. The door on right bottom is where the chamber pot goes.🙄

Jessica everything is so pretty. I love your color palette and those colors and coppers are in mine to and I just love it. I have an antique coffee stand like yours maybe a tad taller and before I would stain it, wash it really good with a scrub sponge, let dry and use the Old English polish, the dark color polish. They have a yellowish polish color and the dark color. I think over time, it will deepen the color and you will love it. Old English has been around a long time and I use it to cover scratches and to deepen the wood and it turns out beautiful!

Great fall styling. I love the new little coffee bar stand and would never change its look. I know you probably got tired of it.... but I really miss that gorgeous iron black wall mug rack you had above it before. You could still add one of those floral baskets to one of the hooks. It was such a great statement piece and filled that wall space perfectly.

On video the coffee bar cabinet looks like your stove hood as far as color tone. If you do anything to it I would sand it down and leave it natural and rustic with a matte poly sealer. Your kitchen looks so cozy and just like Fall, the wreath on the stove hood is beautiful 🍁

I love the little wash stand in the orange color. If you stained it, odds are unless you strip it & bleach it. It would still be a orange color. The wood most likely is oak & oak turns orange with most stains.

Are use a scratch filler that has color to it. It really brings a nice tone to my pieces and it’s so easy. I just wipe it on with a cloth and let it dry then I use an orange oil to polish the piece. I have done it with so many antiques and make them look so pretty.

I’m not a red oak fan but also have a hard time changing a vintage piece. I think a short table runner, place mat or tea towel on the top would hide the staining and still keep the piece original.
