I’m so happy you posted today. I’m currently recovering from the worst breakup of my life and I’m trying so hard not to break no contact. This is a welcome distraction Update: 3 weeks since I commented, tonight’s the first night I didn’t feel so alone, and it took me a little while to realize how ok I felt. I don’t feel amazing yet, but I don’t feel lonely. Things are already starting to get a little better.

I’m so sorry to hear that, but I totally understand what you’re going through. Going no contact is hard, but just remember that you are so strong and you can do this. I found that when I wanted to reach out to him, if I typed a message in my notes app, it helped me to get my thoughts out without actually breaking no contact. I hope this helps, keep your head up love, it will get better🩵

I’ve been crying myself to sleep lately for missing people who don’t miss me. This really helped me relax and get my mind off of certain people. I’m trying so hard to stay strong, idk if this is tmi since I’m posting a comment, the guy said “I love you” first. Then before he left me he said “idk if ever loved you” I don’t have peace of mind ever since. This helped clear my head, thank you, you’re amazing ❤
