Thank you. We lose our home because we cant come up with 400$ before Thursday. I cant sleep for anything. Furnace is broken. Life hit us hard. Husbands bosses son was murdered in April and it affected the company. I was referred for biopsy for thyroid/lymph nodes but started a new job last week to help but it wont be fast enough.

To anyone reading this comment, I want to say relax, take a deep breath, and pray those depression, anxiety, and sadness away. With me, I always get yelled at everyday for stupid stuff, I lost 2 jobs at the same time, my family and I rarely spend time together and at the end of the day, I always go to bed sad. Throughout the night I always wake up and just think about life for like a good 30 minutes and going back to sleep. I rarely get sleep at night sometimes. But I always come to these types of music and just lay down with my eyes closed and it helps take the pain away. Now I know there are a lot of people who are in worst condition and I just want to say everyone should treat everyone like family. No matter the color. Size, or gender. We all came to this earth for a reason and God made us for a reason. So I just want to close out saying, if someone or something is making you sad, depressed, or have anxiety, just blocked them out and look for a better opportunity because another door open when one closes.🙏💖🙏

I have depression really bad also. I kinda know how you feel and it does suck! Don't take the small things for granted. I really enjoy feeding the wildlife outside my door. I spend a little money on seed and corn, but I get so much enjoyment out of watching all of the birds, squirrels, rabbits and my herd of 18 deer. We have a little armadillo that just walked up to me and wasn't afraid at all. He is destroying my yard, but that's ok. I told my hubby his name is Dilly and since he has a name he is not to be shot! Hopefully he moves to the woods or my hubby might just shoot him. I've never had one just walk up to me! I'm scared to touch him because they do carry leprosy. I also have four possums thar visit me for food and water. Looking at all these little creatures having to make a life in the wild gives me inspiration. Hope you can find something to give you a little inspiration. 🐇🐿🐦🕊🐱🦝🐲💐🌷⚘🌹🥀🌵🦖🦤🐗 Sent you some little critter pictures!😊😊

I literally just watched my daughter in law od. Without knowing she was on drugs, she fell down in the bathroom and started seizuring and died until my son administered life saving measures. Im a disabled combat veteran who served 16 years in Navy Seals did 1 tour in Afghanistan and 3 in Iraq was wounded last tour, have severe Ptsd another veteran told me about this and I must say at first i figured it was going to be something annoying, but it really does help me relax and clear my head and slowly coming off prescription sleeping pills 700mg of seraquil a night was making me agitated the next day and groggy. Not sure what state you're in but if you have access to medical cannabis I'd suggest edible gummies. I use 1 3/4 gummies to help with sleep, nightmares, flashbacks. Glad that the music helps you.

And I'm in South Carolina and it's still not legal here, and I've had people tell me about edibles but I have to watch out because some will make you positive for cannabis and that could mess up with the VA. But I'm really thinking about trying ones that don't have any thc,or delta to see if they help, All our VA doctors answers to everything is load you up with bunches of meds and love to tell you PTSD is all in your head, and that's the Fucking Problem and I'm with you the flashbacks, nightmares, lack of sleep it takes a toll on you. I spent 1033 days over there. The music is a start, been trying group therapy with fellow veterans that were there. Which does help to. Last night was really bad I Can't take fireworks I don't know who hates it more me or my service dog. We had tvs up,music on and got through it. Anyways Ty my fellow Veteran. Одну ночь сплю, другую не сплю- ничего не помогает, ни таблетки, ни капли-знала одного человека -она спала два часа вдень и все. Может мне тоже принять как данность и перестать беспокоится, заняться чем-нибудь.Кога в детстве я переехала из своего села за 500 км. и перестала спать, так скучала, вспоминала свое село и вот с тех пор сон уже никогда не был крепким. А сейчас - вообще не сплю. Могу утром поспать, но стараюсь в 8 или 9 встать, чтобы не затянула депрессия.

Мои причины: 1.телевизор, 2.телефон, 3.чай, кефир, шоколад на ночь, 4.сильный стресс или бурная радость в течение дня, 5.предстоящее событие, особенно, если рано нужно вставать, 6.магнитные бури, давление или другой сбой в здоровье(но это уже не от меня зависящее). 😆 Желаю всем здоровья и сладких снов. ❤
