А мне становится тяжело от этой всей музыки и начинает болеть голова. Не сразу, поначалу нравится и дня три-четыре слушаю, но потом наступает пресыщение этими звуками и хочется тишины, а звуки уже буквально раздражают. И вообще что-то в этих всех видео есть, что мне кружит голову и вводит в какое-то депрессивное состояние. Сколько раз пробовала и через неделю бросала слушать. Ибо становилось совсем плохо с головой, голова тяжёлая под утро и побаливает. Я лучше включаю какой-либо хороший фильм, что-то из фильмов СССР и под них засыпаю. А уж все видео с лечебным эффектом, с матрицами и герцами, то для меня это катастрофа, мне от них вообще становится плохо. Не моё это всё, не верю я в их пользу. Уж лучше колыбельную детскую послушать, она не давит на мозг, как вся эта музыка и прочее.

2020 and 2021 were the toughest years i had. The reason I was searching for this music was to put my toddler to sleep. But as he was drifting off to sleep with this music still on, I cried remembering how strong I was during those years and fell asleep right next to him. Ever since that night this became our lullaby. So thank you for making this. Whoever you are I just want you to know that I feel calmer these days because I listened to this. To whoever is struggling right now, going through tough times, I want you to know that it is just a phase. An uncomfortable phase that will pass eventually. What are you talking about? The animal world is cruel…eat or be eaten. Survival of the fittest. Here in the Midwest, the winters are killers if you have no heat.
