Ad woke me up at 3.22am AVOID

Hi, how are you? There may or may not be an ad before the video starts, but there are no settings for displaying ads after the video starts. However, when contacting KZbin, KZbin informed us that there is a situation where an ad may be displayed, regardless of any settings, in any KZbin video. When the internet connection is lost, after the connection is restored, it is possible that the KZbin system interprets that the video is being loaded from the beginning. This is when an ad may or may not appear, even if there is no setting for mid-roll ads on the channel. Thank you for the feedback, and we will continue to do our best to get KZbin to fix this bug. If ads start up on down time this is because you have ads turned on and are not helping people but are profiteering There are many legit videos with adverts turned off that do not wake people up half way through Please stop lying and be honest with your audience They do not deserve this.

Hello. As a precaution, to find out what is happening, we have disabled the display of ads before the video starts. This is the only monetization option we use on all videos on this channel. We take our followers' comments very seriously. We work day and night to maintain the quality of the channel, and we are close to announcing new features that will help many people relax and sleep better. When you and other people commented on ads during the display of this video, we went into the configuration panel and, like all other videos, the option to display mid-roll ads was disabled. We then contacted KZbin, via CHAT, and only responded exactly what KZbin's customer service responded to us. Talking to another White Noise Channel we have worked with, they informed us that the same thing has happened to them in some videos. For them, KZbin customer service reported that there was a bug after displaying 6 hours of video, which may or may not occur. We will be keeping an eye on this to see if this could be happening to any other videos on the channel, because, so far, out of over 1000 of our videos, only this one has had this problem. We will do a thorough review and run 100% of the time on all of them to ensure quality for everyone. Once again, we thank you for your participation and patience.
