I watched this years ago, as a white belt, and it gave me a lot. Watching it again at blue, it continues to give. I will watch this again at purple I'm sure and learn still more.

Most videos I find : "You must work on the fundamentals, now watch this complicated maneuver I show with little explanation about the fundamentals and only focus on the intricate details." This video "Here are some fundamental principals with no fancy technique to get lost in ." From a week 2 white belt, thank you soooooooooooo much ;)

This was fantastic. Three rules for beginners to keep in mind: Inside control, head above butt, elbows. It really simplifies everything about BJJ.

Why is this not viral? I know! It’s so good everyone is keeping it to themselves. One of the best BJJ videos I have ever seen. Keeping it to myself.

This is just the Bjj basics. The best book I've ever read was the Gracie Top game book. It's like Bjj for dummies. People are trying to hard to go for the highlight real. Keep it simple and it's more effective. This is my kind of coach. My favorite coach was Kareem from Toronto BJJ black belt under Wagney Fabiano. Third Purple belt in Canada. It's hard to find coaches like this guy! Great video!

When you are stack passing or doing over under pass, your butt goes higher than the head. The bigger key principle is not to keep head over butt, rather keep spine aligned so the head is lined w the hips. The hawking position is slight exceptions but are super position

Life really is so simple. Think about all the different types of computer codes out there, Java, C++, all of them coding .. biology only has one code :)... now the paradox of this is that since i am able to introduce the knowledge that life is simple.. it allows for dissent.. "No, it is complicated" The universe is simple and complex all at the same tyie, and thats the simple answer ;)
