Beautiful! 😍 I love fall ❤️ It’s early for fall, and it’s hot, but it help us to prepare for the upcoming season! I would suggest to remove some pillows, because your couch it’s too small. Maybe just put 1 on each side or 2, but remove the one on the middle. Less it’s more!! 😉 About the woven vase, i would put a glass container inside.. You can get some from dollar tree or Goodwill etc.

I think the mirror above the fireplace should be hanged on the wall. Ideally, a bigger/wider fireplace will make the whole space more balanced.

I feel the pumpkin on coffee table needs to be done in contrasting color to pop 😊 And the beautiful neutral one could be used in different more suitable place, just a suggestion 😅

Everything looks beautiful! I would suggest adding a "hearth " to the base of the fireplace and also added a larger wooden mantel on top of the existing one. It would make it look much nicer and more realistic. 🍂

Hi June, thanks so much for the suggestion. I know my fireplace is small for the space. I love the idea of adding the hearth and a larger mantle. I might decide to replace this fireplace for a bigger one in the future or even putting in a complete different piece of furniture. I never remember to use the lamp on my entry console table either, so I put it on a timer. You could hide the timer behind a basket. Just a thought...It also helps with security to have lamps on timers around the house. But you have a doberman for that! 😈

"For real for real" 😄So cute! Girl I have the same transom windows above my french doors and sliders and it's such a pain to be limited on where we can hang the rods. My panels need to be 100-102" length - right in between the standard 108 and 96. I've had them custom made at Pottery Barn which they have screwed up twice. I need to learn how to sew! Living in a hot climate I can appreciate the way you ease into fall. Your floral/foliage arrangements were my favorite, with the colors and the sublety. What do you think of a basket under your console table, maybe with a blanket in it? I love how your dog was watching you lay that entry rug with great interest 😁I am going to get those furniture lifters for use under my sectional that is as big as your gray one. My husband and I can't even lift it together it is so heavy! I didn't even know these existed. Thank you🌸

Hey Ally!! I struggled with my curtains length big time which is why it took me so long to put them around the house. I would recommend you buying the IKEA 118” curtain and cutting/hem them to the length you need. I didn’t sew the hem, I used hemming tape and an iron and it worked like a charm. I looked up a tutorial on KZbin as I’ve never done it before. It was easy but labor intensive as I had to do 12 panels but really worth it at the end. I have considered a basket under my console table but because it has a structure underneath, I won’t really stand straight. Thanks for watching!:)

@@NathalyEckman Thank you, I will look into the panels for my dining room. My console has bars underneath that meet in an X at the bottom so I couldn't do a basket either. But I found two square poofs (really they are four legged upholstered stools that can be used as foot stools or for sitting) that could be placed over the metal bars and help to hide my outlet with timer. It really helped to soften that area because my console has an aged copper top, black legs and a marble table lamp on top. The upholstery really helps with texture there. Have a great day! In the vase that tipped i would add a small bag of marbles to weigh it down and go back to that cool way you styled the flowers. I love your beautiful rugs, perfect.Maybe add some moss to the tall tree planter after adding some brown packing around the inside pot to secure it. It all made me want to sit down with you and enjoy a fall beverage. So inviting...

@@NathalyEckman You could also use river stones from Home Depot. If you see the stones through the wicker that would be fine! Or you could use smaller pebbles which are also nice to add to the base of olive trees as you see them everywhere in Italy.

Just watched a few of your shop videos but not sure ever seen your home. I am curious why there is a family room , dining room table then living room all together? Was the area where you installed curtains suppose to be the dining room? Just curious.

Great question! It’s how the house was built and previous owners had it set up the same way I do. When we first moved in, I considered putting the dining table where the formal living room is, but theres not a central light fixture to hang a chandelier off of. There is one in the area where the table is so decided to keep it that way.

Because microphones pick up a lot of voice fry. So we speak “robotic” to avoid that and so that our ideas/words are easy to follow and understand. Overall, to deliver a higher quality piece of content. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!
