I always leave my fall decorations up thru Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving seems to be a kind of neglected holiday any more; it's all Halloween and Christmas. Not just you; I mean most KZbinrs seem to be putting up Christmas already. When I was growing up (1960s), Thanksgiving was a bigger event (or at least equal to) Halloween. Changing times. 🍁

@@annw1395 I used to always decorate for Christmas the night of Thanksgiving or the day after. But I just feel like I put all that time into decorating for Christmas and I don’t even have it up very long… I definitely love Thanksgiving and we go all out for that. 😊

I used to love real candles, but I recently switched to battery-powered ones. A lot of people don’t realize that anything burning-even candles made of soy or beeswax-releases gases and particles that can be unhealthy to breathe, especially indoors. It might seem harmless, but over time, the air quality can really be affected. Battery candles give the same cozy vibe without the worry about indoor pollution!

@@anadajboc yes! I have a lot of battery candles. I only burn the healthy ones sometimes.
