Fall Flower Arrangement - Environmentally Friendly

Miss Vicki of the Manheim Community Library has collected materials to show you how to put together a flower arrangement using what you could find in your backyard and around town this season. She gives some tips and tricks that she has learned over her years of practical experience arranging flowers for special events.
