I'm taking the wife to an upscale sushi bar so here's what I'm picking from tonight (off the top). Since it's a delicate meal (and it'll be sake over cocktails for drinks) I'll go more delicate in my options and I think it provides a different view to date night in cool weather. Celine Black Tie, Dior Homme (vintage), Santa Maria Novella Peau d'Espagne, Tom Ford For Men Extreme, Serge Lutens Iris Silver Mist or Guerlain Iris Torrefie. Iris, Vanilla, and lighter patchouli all work in these quiet, upscale date nights in the fall I think.
