Congratulations on your retirement. I retired from a coffee shop job this year. And I feel great! It's been a great summer just relaxing, sleeping in!!! Even though I promised myself I'd get up at 6 am and make the very most of the summer. But you can't do that and stay up to 2-3 am. 😮 we have two sons who work different shifts and an aging sick dog. Sooo kinda have to go with the flow. The temptation to relax and watch all these videos KZbinrs put out really needs to be tempered with indoor activity now. So relax away from your screen, we all need to do that👍.

I do have nights where I'll stay up late watching a movie or KZbin videos but I still set my morning alarm. I do more procrastinating than I'd like with chores and such but overall keep a fairly regular daily schedule. But it is nice knowing I have tomorrow free to do what doesn't get done today. 😁😀😄

I did not realize how much work I was putting into content creation on the side until I retired from the 9-5 job. I hear you on the weeds, they've won the war in the garden this year for me, as well as the animals. The baby bunnies and a family of ground hogs ate VERY well. I finally gave up, to be honest, it was heart breaking. Only one zinnia survived to flower, two kale plants have made a come back, and one tomato plant. Weeds, what I am going to try is, let them sprout, and pick them out, then let them sprout and pick them out, when they're small, I'm hoping it will be easier to get control of, plus, mulch! This Friday will be Karen’s last day of work and I don’t know who’s looking forward to her retirement more , her or me. Putting together videos has become as much of an enjoyable hobby for me as actually fishing , hunting and hiking but I’m not sure how much hiking / hunting I’ll be doing this fall.
