They still don't know anything about NFL football though. STANDING in the end zone of your team while touching the ball is a touchdown. They've had some where a person literally stepped inside for half a second while at a dead sprint and it counted. Also one where someone somehow caught the ball while bearhugging another man.

@@marhawkman303 Admittedly, compared to association football (or soccer, as it's known in the States), American football's rules are a bit over-complicated. And it's not as if it's really a big sport anywhere else in the world, so it's hard to blame the Oxtra crew for being unfamiliar.

My friend worked on this game as a level designer. They had no idea so many people would pick it up so soon - even the numbers signing up for the beta caught them by surprise. She is UNBELIEVABLY spoiled by her father, AND YET she is still thoughtful and kind to Tiana. She literally leaves (what she thinks is) Prince Naveen (her livelong dream) to help Tiana clean up and get a new dress when the beignets crash on her. She later entirely GIVES UP her lifelong dream of marrying a prince, because Tiana has fallen in love with him - even though Lottie had THOUGHT she was dating Naveen this whole time! I am unreasonably furious about the criticism of Princess and The Frog. Naveen DOES get rehabilitated. You DO see why he is the way he is. He has been incredibly spoiled all his life. He sees how hard Tiana has had to work, and admires it, and learns the value of actually working hard and going after your dreams, rather than expecting everything to be handed to him and just go with the flow.

It's great for conceptualizing a type of generalization from a lower dimension to a higher one, and hence for describing (and manufacturing!) geometries that are defined by casting a lower-dimensioned shape along an (possibly curved, tilted, or tapered) axis in a higher-dimensioned space. E.G. Manufacturing Twizzlers and I-beams by extruding semi-molten steel or sugar out of a 2-D profile is way easier than milling them out of solid blocks of material (while designing them as extrusions of a 2-D shape along a 1-D 3-vector field in 3-D space is way easier than designing them as strictly 3D volumes), and I appreciate the vastly superior tensile strength of fibers like UHMWPE extruded out of spinnerets.
