I start decorating for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving bc I like it to still be fall when we get together for Thanksgiving.

Fall decor for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas decor for Christmas dinner--no question. Yes, I am passionate about this!

You could show her house to her a million times and I would still walk away with something new and fresh each time. Please keep going back to see her! Thank you for sharing!

I always love seeing Michelle’s house! Thanks for the tour. I totally agree with her - enjoy each holiday and wait to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving. FYI - You can actually paint or put gold leaf on gourds.

Like Michelle, because I host, I love the Autumn Decor for Thanksgiving. The only Christmas decor is the Tree in its stand. No decorations on it -We put the lights on after TG dinner, and Light the Tree on Thanksgiving Night. That's been our tradition since I was a child. The weekend after Thanksgiving is when I put up Christmas.. I'm relaxed and filled with Gratitude & Joy as I do it! I cherish both of these holidays so much! What Magic! ✨💛✨

Michele i have a curious question. Can you explain how do you do a virtual table scape club??? Do you get to visit each other to sample the meal. What part of it is virtual? Btw your home is just so lovely. I come back many times to rewatch your tours. It's understated elegance, it's a dream, and it's eye candy for me. When I go antique or thrift shopping, it's with your house in mind. It helps me decide what to buy and how to decorate. Thank you for the inspiration.

We already have mum's growing in our yard. I truly enjoy her beautiful home thanks so much. My home has all real pumpkins 🎃 we never buy from big box, we travel in the country to pickup pumpkins and Mum's and Indian corn. Fall time is the best time in Kentucky 🎃🍂🍁🌾🍂😅

Gourds have very little moisture in the first place, also the outside is much more 'woody' than the flesh of a pumpkin.
