Norway and Germany . They are far ore adventurous in their song choices . Metal and even blast from the past Leon Russel, Elvis as soul ballad . They come up with great songs , cover them with passion and that makes those Voices so much more interesting than the American or English versions. That always bring the same old, same old. And please , please , let the competitors choose the songs they wanna sing.And the jurors can shape that choice into perfection . If you have a special bond with a song you'll sing it with more passion than. When it's a song that someone else picks out for you.

Unfortunately, copyright means they don't always get permission to sing certain songs. Although, Norway has access to a better library of songs they are permitted to use.
