One day I woke up at 3am to this hauntingly beautiful music piano playing. It was so surreal. It seemed like time stopped and I was just on my bed staring at the ceiling with faint light cast outside my bedroom. My heart was at peace. I was happy. My only regret was that I fell asleep and regretting never saving it. And now after one year, by chance, I clicked on this and I'm writing here in this comment to say, I'm crying. Here I am. Listening. I finally found it. I finally found my peace.

Siento un dolor en el pecho, ansiedad, tristeza... cada día pienso que es algo que necesito decir y no puedo, me inunda la ansiedad como si fuera una lucha entre mis palabras lo que siento y lo que me pasa, es dificil convivir con ello sin remedios a veces sin fuerzas y otras sin el poder mental de ppder sobrellevar las faltas de aire las opresiones en el pecho y las miles de enfermedades que creo tener y no tengo. Siento triateza, tengo tristeza dentro de mi, tal vez no soy merecedor de tantas alegrías y de poder sentirme bien. En fin , creo en el amor y que la sanación va llegar después de poder exteriorizar lo qie pasa dentro de mi, mientras tanto voy a imaginarme un rato solo frente al mar mirando la luna y pensando que algún día acabará

This helped my wife whose struggling with lots of physical pain and anxiety sleep. Actually it helped her sleep fast. On a personal note it’s hauntingly beautiful and hit me thinking of the movie Blade Runner. The first one. So cal plus I LOVE the ocean. It’s beauty, power, and mysteries is always my favorite place to visit. Swimming 🦈 in it…eh. But just watching it. So peaceful.
