I love them! I have a few to the side of my stove but I would put them behind if I could but I can't because I have a window above my stove. I don't use the back burners of my stove very often. If you did need to, you could remove the cutting boards nearest that flame while you were cooking.

I love them!!! I have a few on the side of my stove area but I'd just move what you need to only when you're cooking! They add warmth...I really love them❤. (Tell Hubby they're staying😉 lol!)

Auntie I was thinking about your hutch while watching and how some greenery might make it more satisfying and then I got to the part where you said you needed to dig out your greenery and said...YES!!! I think a bit of greenery here and there (or even some fall-ish colors) would be fabulous. If you can't make your hutch vibe to your satisfaction, I have no doubt that your creative mind will come up with another idea for your space. I have that natural jute colored woven runner from Walmart--I love it! I love the natural colors and materials that you are using in your new home, they make a great foundation for decor! No opinion on the cutting boards, except that you chose well and wherever you decide to put them, I know they will be stand outs! It's always a process getting 'in touch' with a new home. In the mean time, enjoy your foofing!

They have the black rods with hooks, maybe you could do something with them like hang them with twine? Or just lean on the counter use between cook books. Just an idea. I had to laugh at your being "extra" comment! I was thinking as you were cutting the brown bag up "the paper is wrinkled, I would use the brown wrapping paper or iron it" and then you did!
