Your opening story about milo happened to me last month when i moved into my new townhome. My dog BOLTED out the garage though and ran onto a major road. THANK GOD that Jesus was on my dogs side and mine that day. So happy Milo is okay

I have a dog who also stops mid walk and knows how to get out of her harness. I bought a little clasp the clips on to her harness and her collar as a “safety” in case she slips out of her harness and it works very well. Even if she gets out of her harness, the clasp on her collar is still connected so she can’t run away. I would highly recommend!

Harnesses work really well!! Even be careful with harnesses too, my dogs have slipped out of them before. So scary when it happens and im so glad Milo is ok!! ❤

Maggie I'm so sorry about what happened with Milo - it has happened to me and it's terrifying. I recommend the easy walk harnesses, they are so easy to put on and hard to slip out of 😊

get a small prong collar for milo , it doesn't hurt them it applies pressure and a little tug and hell walk in your direction always. also he would never be able to slip out of it. i had this happen to my dog and it was so scary too!!

Make sure his collar is tight enough…. it should be loose enough to fit a finger, but not loose enough to slip out of. I had this issue before, and i made sure to tighten it where it’s not too tight but not possible to come out of. it’s the scariest feeling ever. glad he’s safe 🙏🏼

I’m so glad your relationship with food and exercise has improved! I think a lot of us sensed it but something like that is so so personal and it’s best for someone to come to that conclusion by themselves! Try getting rid of restrictive talks about food and exercise off of your social media. Ive seen so many things about “gut health” and it is all a bunch of restrictive BS that is made up!

My dog used to try to pull to go across the street on our walks and he ended up slipping out of his collar and got hit by a car, don't worry he survived and is okay thankfully but I will never walk a dog with a normal collar ever again, I actually noticed it last time when you were putting a collar on Max but I'm glad you decided to switch to a harness its so much safer! So happy Milo is okay, one scare like that is enough

maggie, i did carnivore diet to reset, i thought it was dairy but it wasnt. All i ate was meat, then i added veggies, i was fine, i added dairy and i was fine, then i added sugar and that was the culprit and i had worst acne then you and ive watched you since the start. Also i broke out more during college because of the stress, now that i work, no stress, i exercise everyday, and i eat healthy and eliminate sugar for the most part. I have Krisda keto monk fruit sugar (fav brand) and just the monk fruit sugar, and honestly it taste like sugar. So.... if it taste like sugar, why not just use that for cooking and coffee and stuff? 0 calories, 0 sugar, perfect - its a win win situation!! Trial and error!

I know you said you don’t have an issue with dairy but the reason a lot of people cut it out is because of how unethical it is as well. I definitely don’t want to support the manipulation of female reproduction. Another issue is bc the cows are constantly impregnated they get mastitis and other diseases which can contaminate the milk.
