Girl! I love your morning routine...I have to seriously have a good morning routine set in place..I'm starting but by bit..listening to the 5 second rule by Mel Robbins and it's helping me get up in the morning a lot better! Can I ask..are you drinking your shake before or during your workout? And how early do you drink it when you wake up? Just curious! Nosey really lol..trying to find a happy medium with whether or not I should be eating/drinking breakfast..doing lol tests with my body but my gosh girl you look great so whatever u do clearly works!
