Moments like this I actually realise how little time Patrick had to take breaths between lyrics, you can hear him struggle at some parts, and during songs he's running around, trying to engage with the crowd, wasting his breath, and the crowd is so disinterested, like show some respect, like, look how hard he's trying.

Gianna Rivera Honestly I'm not that surprised. I was really mad at how unenthusiastic and disrespectful the crowd was in this but think about it. This is a generation that is ruled by One Direction. I mean look at what happened at the Teen Choice Awards this year. 1D practically won every award they were nominated for and they went up against bands like Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons and Maroon 5 which are way more superior musically and in regards to the work they've done over the years, in my opinion. I mean let's face it, no one in 1D would even dream of reaching Patrick's vocal range. Young people are just too ignorant to know what music really is these days. And you're right, it's really sad.

It's an award show, they were expecting pop acts, or hip hop acts, they weren't old enough to appreciate Patrick's vocals and the nuance of Fall Out Boy. They wanted something like Bieber or Drake, they got something..... better... but unexpected , unfamiliar. On the upside some of those kids walked away with a better appreciation of music

Really though, despite Wembley being really quite large, with an unfathomable amount of people in the audience, the atmosphere wasn't nearly as good as it was when you look back at their performances at places like Reading Festival. There were more people enjoying themselves and it was just all-around better.

people who had watched his misunderstood it. the reason why you don't seem to hear the crowd and that it seems like they're bored out of their mind is because they took it out. why? because if they didn't, it'll be harder for us too hear Patrick sing this time. another reason why you get to finally hear the crowd scream at the end. its because the song was done. what if you did hear the crowd screaming but not hear them playing? wouldn't it be worse? it's just editing. editing can do anything nowadays now don't assume.

This whole performance was great! Especially since this was in the days when FOB came back from their hiatus. The disappointing thing is since this a _Teen Awards_ most of the audience are actual _teens_ which would be around 13-19 years old. And most probably haven't heard their songs or don't even know who FOB is (except if they're already a fan of theirs - 5:54 this one is singing the fck out of sugar. Fck yeah girl! ). This wasn't their crowd but I fcking hate how some of them looks bored out of their lives there! Any band performing the crowd should have fun even if they don't know their songs, rather wasting their time moping around waiting for their favorite artist to come out. Sheesh, they're playing great music and some of them are on their phones. Should have watched it at home then.

Guys, I am definitely not the proper age to be into this kinda music (I'm not even a teen) but my dad got me into rock and punk rock before I could walk and talk. I was listening to ACDC at age 1-present. some punk rock bands 5 - present. panic at the disco 7 - present. Shinedown 8 - present. Twenty one pilots 8 - present. Fall out boy 8 - present. Also a lot more stuff. I'm in my own band with influences from all that now. So I know that when your put in front of a legendary band, you gotta show some respect and sing til your lungs give out!
